Andorra la Vella, 2nd March 2026. – Andorran Banking participated in the new ‘Connecta’ Guidance Fair on 26th and 27th February, an initiative directed to young people in the country, to introduce them to the different educational and professional pathways available and helping them to define their future goals in both areas.
During the event, the different career opportunities and internship programs available within the Andorran banking sector were presented. The main goal was to provide a comprehensive overview of how to start a career in this sector, to highlight the most in-demand profiles, and to inform attendees about the development opportunities offered by the country’s banking institutions.
In this context, Andorran Banking emphasized that the financial sector is characterized by offering stability, career progression and continuous learning within adynamic and international environment. Institutions in the country foster the development and consolidation of internal talent through structured career path, ongoing training and mobility opportunities within their organisations.
Among the most asked topics was the growing relevance of cybersecurity and the impact of digitalisation on financial activity. Many of the attendants also showed interest in the possibility of entering the sector with diverse academic backgrounds beyond economics or finance, such as Law, Business Administration and Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Marketing or Communication. This diversity of different background led them to discover the wide range of professional profiles currently in demand within the banking sector.
Through its participation in the ‘Connecta’ Guidance Fair, Andorran Banking reinforces its commitment to education, guidance and professional development of young people in Andorra, contributing to the provision of clear and accessible information to support the development of solid careers within the Andorran financial sector.
